It was truly a wonderful surprise when we went to the Colonial Inn for their buffet breakfast.

Though the restaurant is very close to us, we had avoided it because the food hasn't been great.

What we found was that breakfasts, and only breakfasts, are now under the former management of the people that ran the restaurant in Stittville we reviewed earlier. We had abandoned the Stittville restaurant after one bad experience.

In truth, the Sunday buffet wasn't extraordinary. There were touches like breakfast pizza and a kind of Wimpy egg sandwich that was rather appealing to the eye but the selection was modest.

Glory be though, we again found people that can cook breakfast very well. Not all seem to have the hang of it.

Might even give the later food another chance.

Or might not.
