Arterra is a fine dining restaurant that, being in a hotel, serves breakfast, too. The dining room is pretty ugly -- very masculin, hard surfaces and lots of iron -- and tends to be unkept. But they've got REALLY good pancakes. They're thick, dense and rich. Like blinies. They don't have a big menu, but all the selections are tasty, and there's even a buffet with little slips you can fill out to get custom omlets from the kitchen.
