I went to Schuba's on a Sunday morning for brunch. The menu was printed for that day, which means aside from the enticing regular items some very unique specials were offered. We started with the beignettes, which were perfect- light, ariy and dusted with powdered sugar. Someone ordered one of the specials- Key lime french toast with lime curd. The person was NOT a breakfast eater and finished every last bite! I ordered the Mario omlette (chorizo, avacodo and Chihuahua cheese) asked for a side of thier spicy red sauce. The omlette was perhaps one of the best omlettes I have ever had! Everyone else was pleased with thier orders as well (the Popeye omlette and another special) and the service was phenomenal. Our waiter made great suggestions and coffe service was prompt. I highly recommend Schuba's Harmony Grill for a delicious spin on classic breakfast foods!
