Upstairs at Harbor Landing. Breakfast from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Second-floor bar and dining area with good harbor views; friendly, helpful service; a small but reasonable range of breakfast fare. Great location overlooking the Channel Islands Harbor.
