Perry's is a fairly small, homey place, where everything is fresh and made to order. The potatoes are from Perry's farm in nearby Hampton, NY. If you ask for home fries "extra crispy", you'll get a pile of deep fried crispy cubes that taste a bit like French fries. Donna makes her own batter for the Belgian waffles, which are wonderful. The homemade cinnamon raisin toast is terrific, and the breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheddar on a grilled roll is the best I've ever had.
