Brock's was recommended to us when we stopped at a gas station in Trenton, Georgia. We wanted something different than the Huddle House option that is right off the exit. We could not have been more pleased with the suggestion! This was a breakfast that we still talk about. The bacon and the country ham were fantastic, but it was the biscuits that we remember so well. I don't know what was different about them, but they were the best biscuits I've ever had. If you are in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, I recommend finding your way into Georgia for this breakfast. We never found any place quite like this in the city!
