Great food although the service is sometimes lacking. I think Shirley's is the best restaurant on Guam, for the money. You never get an excuse for bad food.

Besides the Agana location, Shirley's is in:
- Tamuning
- Harmon
- AB Won Pat International Airport
- Saipan (DFS Galleria)
