HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I was a faithful customer at one point with Pizano's, we have done business with them well over 2 years... I received an order where the food was cold and asked that he credited the order due to the poor service, it arrived well over an hour after I ordered it. Please keep in mind that they have screwed up orders previously and I never complained. When I called back to receive the credit, he stated that he would credit me a two topping pizza and immediately got belligerent on the phone. It is a shame that the pizza is good but the customer service is horrible. Remember a happy customer will tell one person, an unhappy customer will tell many....
