Healthy Oatmeal


Banana Raisin Microwave Oats

(This recipe yields 1 serving) Printable Version

- Half cup Old Fashioned Oats
-
20 or so golden raisins
-
1 sliced banana
-
1/4 to a 1/2 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios
-
skimmed milk -- enough to top off the bowl
Microwave the oats in a microwave-safe bowl with cup of water for 2 minutes.
Sir in remaining ingredients except Cheerios. Now top with Cheerios.
Eat and enjoy breakfast and a leg up on good health.
