Fruit Preserve Pancake Syrup
Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
- 1/2 cup preserves (raspberry or apricot or strawberry) or marmalade (orange or grapefruit)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
Serve hot over pancakes.
