Fruit Preserve Pancake Syrup

(10 servings)

  • 1/2 cup preserves (raspberry or apricot or strawberry) or marmalade (orange or grapefruit)
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.

Serve hot over pancakes.
