Sweet Egg Whites On Waffles

  • 8 egg whites
  • 3 or 4 Teaspoons sugar
  • butter for frying and topping waffles
Make 4 waffles according to a recipe on this page or toast 4 freezer waffles.

In a metal or glass mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Scramble in a Tablespoon of butter using the Martha Stewart technique.

Butter the waffles and top with even amounts of scrambled egg whites. Garnish with attractive seasonal berries as the dish on its own isn't very pretty.

An interesting twist on scrambled eggs that tastes better than it looks.
