German Oven Pancakes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs - beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 Tablespoons butter - melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 10-inch round baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pancake will puff into big bubbles while baking. Cut into wedges and serve with a sauce of melted butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Garnish with your favorite seasonal fruit.
Mix, bake and enjoy! This classic recipe uses only 5 ingredients. The resulting puffy pancake is a great base for any topping you might want to use.
