Cinnamon Maple Butter

(10 servings)

  • 1 pound (4 sticks) unsalted butter -- softened
  • 1/4 cup grade pure maple syrup (no Mrs Butterworth or Aunt Jamima)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
Either with a whisk or an electirc mixer, whip all ingredients together until a smooth texture is achieved. Chill until ready to use. Stores well in the refridgerator for later use.

After you have this on your toast or waffles, try it for dinner on a baked potato. Seriously! You'll love it.
