Homemade Maple Butter

(10 servings)

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter - softened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (preferably pure maple syrup as opposed to a Mrs. Butterworth type)
This is so easy to make. A big reward for a little effort.

Mix the butter any syrup with an electric mixer until well blended. The final product will have a whipped texture.

Serve immediately or chill for a while if you want to firm up the texture.

Awesome on anything - toast, muffins, bagels - even your finger!
