Veggie Tortilla Wraps

  • whole wheat tortilla
  • cheese
  • salsa
  • vegetarian sausage pattie
  • plain yogurt
Brown the tortilla in the oven with cheese and salsa of your choice lightly layered on top.

Meanwhile, heat the vegetarian pattie in the microwave for about one minute (too much cooking will make it rubbery) and then chop it up.

Add the sausage and a dab of yogurt to the top, and then fold into quarters, or roll into a burrito.

Totally healthy and FAST! The beauty of this recipe is that you can adjust it to your own tastes.
