Seafood Omlette II

(4 servings)

  • eggs
  • cheese
  • your favorite seafood (I use lobster)
  • tomato
  • green onion
Make as a normal omlette.

Make sure you use fresh of thawed seafood.

The breakfast lover who submitted this recipe didn't submit quantities for the ingredients. I'd suggest the following:

- 3 eggs (beat with a tablespoon of milk)
- 1/4 cup cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked crab or lobster
- tomato and onion to your liking

As I read above, this submission is pretty short on instructions too. Hmmnnn... should we keep this recipe or delete it? Sometimes, breakfast lovers make great comments and these incomplete recipes grow into great recipes everyone can use. Let me know your suggestion in the comments below.


Very good and kids love it! More of an idea than a recipe. Crab and lobster are both good omelette ingredients.
