  
Crockpot Breakfast
   
(4 servings)
   
		- 1 pound sausage (or little smokies cocktail franks) - browned and drained
 -   
6 large eggs - beaten
 -   
1 and 1/2  cups milk
 -    
8 slices bread  - cut into 1/2-inch squares
 -     
1  cup Mozzarella cheese - shredded
 -    
salt and pepper - to taste
  
		Mix together all ingredients except the cheese and put them in your Crockpot.
  
Sprinkle with cheese.
  
Cover and cook for approximately 2 hours on high, then 1 hour on low. 
  
  
		
		
		Adjust cooking time according to your Crockpot.  Some may take much longer than 2 hours.  Also be sure to brown the sausage first.  It won't cook completely in the Crockpot.
