Very Berry Drink

(2 servings)

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup nuts - finely chopped
Pour all of the above into a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds, and pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.

You can drink this with a straw. You could also reduce the amount of milk for a thicker concoction that you can eat with a spoon.


Quite healthy and refreshing. The berries are strawberries and blueberries. Grapes and yogurt add flavor and smoothness.
