Hawaiian Holiday Smoothie

(1 serving)

  • 1/2 package peach mango dessert tofu (about 175 grams)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks plus a bit of juice (3 or 4 Tablespoons)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy milk (depending how thick you want it)
  • 1 or 2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut
Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!

Ingredient amounts are estimates - I don't usually measure. You can adjust the amount of liquid to get the desired thickness.

This smoothie has tropical flavors of mango, banana, pineapple and coconut. It does require peach mango dessert tofu which could be replaced with a tropical flavored yogurt.
