Green Chilli Hash Browns

(4 servings)

  • 1 (32 ounce) bag of frozen hash browns
  • 3 (4 ounce) cans sliced green chiles - drained
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine thoroughly.

Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake until top is golden brown - about 10 or 15 more minutes.

Serve hot.

Traditional hash browns get a creamy upgrade with a spicy kick. Secret ingredient: cream of chicken soup.
