Fruit Fizz

(4 servings)

  • 1 cup orange juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup orange or lemon sherbert
  • 1 12 oz. bottle lemon lime carbonated beverage (chilled)
Place first 3 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 tall glasses. Pour lemon lime beverage slowly over the mixture in the glasses. Stir gently. Serve immediately.


Perhaps not the healthiest fruit breakfast, it may be the most refreshing.
