Yummy Sausage Balls

(20 servings)

  • 2 rolls of sausage (the cheap kind will do)
  • 1 12-ounce package of shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
Mix all ingredients - starting with 2 cups Bisquick - until solid balls are easy to form.

If mixture isn't firm enough to make balls, add more Bisquick as needed. If it's too solid to make balls, add some water - 1 Tablespoon at a time - until the consistency is right.

Form twenty or so 2-1/2 inch balls and place on a baking sheet that has been covered in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool 5 minutes and then, eat!
