Multi-Mix Cold Cereal w/ Rice Milk

(1 serving)

  • 1/3 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/3 cup quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup Grape-Nuts breakfast cereal
  • 1/2 medium banana - sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon raisins
  • 1 dash cinnamon
Just combine all of the ingredients and add rice or soy milk (vanilla soy milk works great). Let the cereal set one minute for the oats to soften in the milk. Eat and enjoy!


If you only have old fashioned oats on hand like I do, just measure 1/3 cup of those and grind them briefly in a coffee grinder.
