Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
Heat a frying pan with a Tablespoon or two of butter. Combine eggs and milk with wire whisk. Once pan is hot (butter is bubbly) add egg mixture.
- 6 large eggs
1 cup milk
cheese (if processed use 2 to 3 slices; if Cheddar simple shred and add to your liking)
Scramble with spatula and once the mixture is almost totally dry add cheese. Let cheese melt.
A good, basic scrambled eggs and cheese recipe. Nothing fancy - just easy and delicious.
