Seafood Quiche

(6 servings)

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese - softened
  • 1 can (6 ounces) crab meat - drained and flaked
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 9-inch baked pastry shell
Mix all ingredients except pastry shell with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Pour into pastry shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.


This crab meat quiche is about as easy they come. Just blend and bake.
