Turkey Sausage Egg Beater Omlette

(4 servings)

  • 1/2 cup onion - chopped
  • 4 ounces frozen Turkey Sausage - thawed
  • 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
Spray a medium nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add onions and sausage; cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.

Pour egg product into skillet; cover. Cook 5 minutes; top with sausage mixture. Using spatula, fold egg mixture over sausage filling; cover.

Cook for 3 minutes.


This omelette uses just three ingredients and takes about 15 minutes. The recipe requires a cholesterol-free egg product like Egg Beaters.
