Feta Eggs

(1 serving)

  • 2 large eggs - beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 4 Tablespoons Feta cheese
  • 1 handful thawed spinach - chopped
  • salt and pepper - to taste
Beat the eggs with 2 Tablespoons of water. Pour into hot oiled pan (medium-high heat). Add crumbled feta and thawed chopped spinach. Fold omelette and heat through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.


A spinach and feta omelet that surprisingly easy to make. Feta is a great cheese to use with eggs.
