Bacon And Egg BBQ Sandwich

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices bacon - cooked crisp
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 slice of your favorite cheese
  • Italian herbs - to taste
  • 1 English muffin - cut in half
  • BBQ sauce
  • olive oil
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When the pan is hot, cook the egg to your liking. Place the English muffin halves in the pan (cut-side down) to toast.

When the egg is almost fully cooked, top with the already-cooked bacon - to warm the meat.

To construct the sandwich, place one half of the muffin on a plate and pile on ingredients in this order: bacon, cheese, tomato and egg. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Put the other half of the muffin on top. Enjoy!

BBQ sauce goes really well with bacon and eggs as you'll see from this easy-to-make breakfast sandwich.
