Oat Smoothie

(1 serving)

  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1 cup soy milk - flavored or plain
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit - berries are good
  • drizzle of honey - optional
In a blender, add soy milk, oats and fruit. If you are using honey, also add that.

Blend to a consistency you like. I prefer mine on the thicker side.

I have used plain soy milk and vanilla flavored... I prefer the vanilla flavored. When I was out of frozen berries, I used frozen peaches which worked wonderfully with flavored soy milk.
