Sausage, Ham & Bacon Stuffed Pancake
Prepare your grill as normal to cook your pancake. Once on the grill top the pancake with the ham, bacon and country sausage. Turn the pancake with care (it will be heavy) and cook until done. Top with butter and syrup.
- pancake batter for one large pancake
3 ounces country sausage - cooked and crumbled
3 ounces diced ham
3 ounces chopped cooked bacon
This is a top seller at our cafe.
This idea came from our grandson, Hunter, when we first opened our cafe for breakfast. It is a real favorite with our customers.
