Peanut Butter Weetabix Porridge

(1 serving)

  • 2 or 3 Weetabix biscuits
  • milk or water
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • sugar or splenda (optional)
Place 2 or 3 Weetabix in a bowl and cover with milk, then mash them up a bit and place in the microwave. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring half way through.

Stir until it's porridge-like, then mix in a chopped banana, 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, and sugar or sweetener if desired.


Filling and healthy recipe that turns cereal biscuits into porridge.
