Mix all ingredients together and serve with the natural yogurt, soya milk or low fat milk.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 dried apricots - cut up
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 1 handful of chopped hazelnuts
- 1 Tablespoon of manuka honey or normal honey
- natural yogurt (optional)
- soya or normal milk (optional)
