Mighty Muesli

(1 serving)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 dried apricots - cut up
  • 1 handful of sultanas
  • 1 handful of chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon of manuka honey or normal honey
  • natural yogurt (optional)
  • soya or normal milk (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and serve with the natural yogurt, soya milk or low fat milk.

This is unbelievably tasty and satisfying. I just can't get enough!
