Creamy Oats

(1 serving)

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • enough soya or low fat milk to cover the oats generously
  • 1 handful of mixed seeds
  • 1 mashed banana
  • dash of boiling water
Put the oats and milk in a bowl (make sure the oats are well covered with milk.)

Blend with hand blender until smooth.

Put in the microwave for about 2 and 1/3 minutes - stirring every so often.

Take it out and add a bit of boiling water.

Then add mashed banana and seeds.


I have this every morning for my breakfast. It is satisfying, healthy and delicious!
