Take frying pan, add butter, throw in all ingredients except egg and sauage gravy, cook until soft or crisp depending on prefeence, put in beten egg, mix all together until egg is done, put on plate pour sausage gravy on top, serve with toast. Add your favorite cheese to enrich the flavor.
- 1 cup diced potatoes

- diced sausage
- diced ham
- diced onion
- diced green pepper
- 1 egg

This dish is the most popular in my small cafe, people have been coming in for over 25 years for it. It's a basic skillet, but I believe the paticular stuff we use makes it stand out and keeps people coming back for more.
