
Tropical Breakfast Sorbet

(9 servings)

- 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple

1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 13.5-ounce can coconut milk
-
1 7-ounce can mango nectar
-
1 cup water
-
1 and 1/2 cups sugar

6 ripe medium bananas
Place all ingredients into a blender or a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer to 2-quart covered freezer container. Freeze overnight.
Remove 15 minutes before serving and place two small scoops in your prettiest stemware to serve.
This recipe makes 9 to 12 servings.
