Morning Spicy Wakeup (Oatmeal)

  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking microwave oatmeal
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable juice (like V8)
  • 2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper hot sauce (like Franks Hot Sauce)
  • salt
Microwave half cup of instant oatmeal with 2 cups of water in small bowl for 2 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of vegetable juice and 2 Tablespoons of cayenne pepper sauce and stir vigorously to blend to smooth texture.

Salt to taste.

All natural healthy ingredients, except maybe for the salt, but a real tasty alternative to start the day.
