Protein Delight Scramble

(1 serving)

  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 vegetarian-meat sausage links
  • 1/2 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Pour 3/4 cup of liquid egg whites into a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Remove from microwave. Add 1/2 cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese to the eggs. Stir/mix.

Microwave 2 vegetarian sausage links on high for 1 minute 15 seconds. Remove from microwave. Chop sausage into small pieces. Add to eggs and cheese. Stir/mix.


A filling, delicious breakfast with only 330 calories.
