Quick Banana Pudding Muffins

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 7-ounce package banana nut muffin mix
  • 1 4-serving package banana-flavored instant pudding
  • 3 large eggs - lightly beaten
  • 1 and 1/3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 medium ripe bananas - mashed
  • 3/4 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 24 paper liners inside a muffin tins - or spray the muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, muffin mix and pudding mix. Add 1 and 1/3 cups of water, the eggs and oil. Beat with an electric mixer on low until combined, then beat an additional 2 minutes on high until smooth. Gently fold in the bananas and cookies.

Pour the batter into muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean once inserted.

Muffins like you've never tasted before. Requires yellow cake mix, a banana nut muffin mix and a banana pudding mix. Super easy if you have the ingredients.
