Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Blend the fruit in a food processor until smooth.
- 1 to 2 frozen bananas
half ripe pineapple
1 can (410g) mixed fruit cocktail (optional)
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 can granadilla pulp
Add the yogurt and blend well. Pour mixture into drinking glasses.
Spoon a little extra plain yogurt on top and garnish with a spoonful of granadilla pulp.
To make a decadent smoothie, add 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Freeze the bananas overnight. When frozen they make lovely thick breakfast smoothies. For a fun dessert, you could replace the yogurt with ice cream.
