In a skillet over medium-high heat, fry the bacon until crisp. Remove and set on stacked paper towels.
- 4 slices of bacon - diced
2 onions - diced
1/2 slice ham - diced
1 cup milk
5 slices of bread
Add onions to the skillet and fry in the bacon grease until softened and browned - stirring often. Return the bacon to the skillet and add the ham.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the milk. Add this mixture to the skillet. Cook for three minutes - stirring (scrambling) constantly.
Under a broiler, toast each bread on one side. Place toasted bread on serving plates - toasted side down. Top each toast with an equal portion of schnitzel.
