Blueberry Protein Smoothie

(2 servings)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2/3 cup fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu (approx. 4 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves or spread
  • 1 (6 oz.) container of raspberry low fat yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. If you like your smoothie thicker - add a few crushed ice cubes.

Nutritional Considerations: Each serving has 202 calories, 1.3 grams fat (.6 sat). 9.4 grams protein, 2.3 grams fiber and 38.2 grams total carbs.

This smoothie is genuinely smooth thanks for low fat yogurt and silken tofu. Blueberries and just a hint of berry preserves give it an amazing flavor.
