The College Student's Oatmeal

  • Yogurt
  • Oatmeal
  • Milk
Add about 1/2 cup of regular instant oats to a bowl. Empty 6oz of any flavor yogurt on top of the oatmeal. Add milk until the oatmeal is completely submerged. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Microwave for 1 minute and mix again. Microwave for an additional 45 seconds, mix, and enjoy!

This recipe is great for college students living in a dorm. Oats are cheap and go a long way, and the yogurt can be obtained from the single-serving cups that you can buy from the grocery store in assorted flavors. Quick, cheap, easy, filling, and nutritional... perfect for the busy college student!
