
Coffee Cocoa Pancake Syrup

(14 servings)

- 1/2 cup water

1 cup sugar
-
1/4 cup instant coffee
-
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Bring the water to a boil in a medium sauce pan over high heat.
Add the sugar and instant coffee and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add the chocolate syrup. Mix well.
Store in the refrigerator.
This recipe makes 2 cups of syrup.

This is a real change of pace from ordinary maple syrup. Let me know what you think.
