Hawaiian Breakfast Pizzas

(2 servings)

  • 2 whole wheat English muffins (4 halves)
  • 2 slices lean ham - cut into strips
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 4 slices reduced-fat American cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange muffin halves on an ungreased cookie sheet. Lay strips of ham on top of each muffin slice. Top with a slice of pineapple and finish with a slice of cheese.

Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted slightly.

Serve warm.
