Breakfast Venison Steaks

(2 servings)

  • venison tenderloin
  • 3 or 4 strips bacon
  • Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • onion salt
Cut venison into bite-sized cubes. Fry bacon until desired doneness, remove. Add venison to bacon drippings and cook over medium heat, turning constantly. Season with Johnny's and onion salt to taste. Cook until meat is no longer pink in middle.

Venison with an infusion of bacon flavor. Good served with home-fries.
