Pina Colada Smoothie

(1 serving)
![](c.gif)
- 1/2 cup non-fat coconut frozen yogurt
-
1 medium banana
-
1/2 cup can crushed pineapple
-
1/2 cup low-fat milk
-
1/2 cup orange juice
-
2 or 3 ice cubes
If you want to get crazy, go ahead and add a shot of rum in with all of the ingredients. I was making this with my 2 year old daughter - so I thought it best to skip the rum. The bottom line is that we loved this smoothie. It had all of the tropical flavors that you expect from a nice Pina Colada. It was smooth, refreshing and a great way to start the day. If you don't have coconut frozen yogurt, you can use vanilla or plain yogurt and then add 2 drops of coconut flavor extract. If you make this for a treat - rather than for breakfast - you can replace the yogurt with ice cream. Good stuff! (This recipe was submitted in 2008. It was tested and photographed in March 2017.)

How To Make A Pina Colada Smoothie
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth. This makes one pretty large serving or two smaller ones.

Healthy and tasty with banana, pineapple and coconut yogurt. Works with vanilla yogurt too.
