Southern Potatoes

(8 servings)

  • 5 medium potatoes - sliced
  • 2 or 3 bell peppers - chopped
  • 2 onions - chopped up
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • garlic Lawry's seasoning salt - to taste
Cook up the the potatoes, peppers and onions in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasonings.

Let cook for about 15-20 minutes - keep turning over from time to time - do not let it burn. Then let it cool some before you serve.


Homey, uncomplicated breakfast potatoes with bell pepper and onions. The kind of potatoes you find at family restaurant in the South.
