Southern Potatoes

- 5 medium potatoes - sliced
-
2 or 3 bell peppers - chopped
-
2 onions - chopped up
-
4 Tablespoons olive oil
-
salt and pepper - to taste
-
garlic Lawry's seasoning salt - to taste
Cook up the the potatoes, peppers and onions in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasonings.
Let cook for about 15-20 minutes - keep turning over from time to time - do not let it burn. Then let it cool some before you serve.
