Sue's Breakfast Pizza

(8 servings)

  • 1 pizza shell
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms - sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 green onions - sliced
Pre-bake pizza shell if making your own, for appx. 10 minutes. I like to do this the night before.

In the morning spread cream cheese over the crust. Top with the salsa, then the mushrooms.

Next scrambled up the eggs with a little bit of milk. Stop just before eggs are fully cooked. Top the pizza shell with the egg mixture. Top everything with the shredded cheese. If desired put some green onions on top.

Place in oven and cook for about 10 minutes at 375. Take out, cut up and enjoy.


This easy-to-make breakfast pizza is topped with eggs, cheese, mushroom and green onions. Requires a pre-made pizza crust.
