Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- 1/2 bag of frozen hashbrowns
garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 cup milk
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 cup grated cheese
Brown the hash browns in a skillet adding the garlic, pepper and salt to taste. Set aside.
Next brown the groung beef and make sure to make it into small enough pieces that you can chew. Drain excees fat from the beef and set aside also.
Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk it together along with the milk. Grate the cheese and set aside.
Now here is the essembally part, for the first layer, put the hashbrowns on the bottom of a baking pan doesn't matter what kind in an even layer, next add the egg mixture ensuring that all the hashbrowns are covered. Next add the cooked ground beef on top of the hashbrown and egg mixture. Then finally add the cheese on top of the whole thing.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
You can add tomatoes or green onions, it is a very versatile recipe, you can add anything, just like a pizza.
