Overnight Coffee Bread

(12 servings)

  • 20 frozen dinner rolls (dough)
  • 1 3-ounce box vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar - packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine - melted
  • 1/2 cup pecans
Place frozen rolls in a Bundt pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of rolls. Cover with a towel and leave on countertop overnight.

The following morning, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for a few minutes, then turn out onto large plate and remove pan. Use an electric knife or serrated blade for the easiest slicing.

The beauty of this recipe is that the flavors mix and meld overnight creating a coffee cake with maximum taste. Secret ingredient: pudding.
